Participate in a workshop designed to help you find your voice
and speak your truth. Through transforming your breath through pranayama, and asana you will clear energetic blocks that inhibit you from singing, proclaiming your truth, and communicating authentically.

Rachel Kaplan, yoga teacher and counseling psychologist, will guide an hour and a half of yoga to start.

Zo'La Dubnikova, singer and singing teacher, will guide us in group chants and excercises meant to help you free your singing voice.

We will end our yoga/singing journey with excercises of communicating our truths and looking at what keeps us from doing so, plus a closing talking circle. This promises to an empowering and transformative experience.
