CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

"Zo'la has helped me enormously!"

I am a 59 year old breast cancer survivor who has worked with Zo'la on an individual basis to overcome the debilitation that comes with surgery -- in my case a double mastectomy and breast reconstruction. I needed to strengthen my abdomen as well as my body in general.

Working with Zo'la I have learned many of the fine points of Pilates, which helps me to gain as much as possible from each movement. I feel that I have made great progress because Zo'la is very responsive to my individual needs. I think this is because of the depth of her knowledge and her great sensitivity. It's wonderful to feel stronger than ever -- even my posture has improved!
