SACRED DANCE & SONG RETREAT IN MEXICO

Yelapa, Mexico (45 min. boatride from Puerto Vallarta).

A week of relaxation, joy, dance & song! Daily classes taught by Zo'la Dubnikova in latin gypsy dance fusion & sacred chant, co-facilitated with special guest artist MJ Greenmountain, singer/percussionist & founder of reknowned worldmusic band Hamsa Lila.

In addition to the daily dance classes with live drumming, there will be extensive yoga & pilates offered as part of the warmups everyday. Classes are for all levels of ability & experience. Feel free to bring non-participating family members for a reduced rate.

The retreat will be held in the quaint tropical village of Yelapa, Mexico at a true paradise — Hotel Lagunita. This enchanting bungalow hotel which is indigenously owned is right on the ocean, with its own restaurant, yoga/dance hut & a small pool overlooking the sea. Yelapa is a car-free jungle village, accessible only by boat, with miles of winding breathtaking trails surrounding the central village. Other attractions include horseback riding, sailing, snorkeling, local dance parties, indigenous artisans/crafts, delicious food & breathtaking waterfalls.

Included in the accomodation rate are two organic meals per day, with meat, vegetarian or special needs diets (vegan, wheat-free, dairy-free, kosher etc).

DOES NOT INCLUDE FLIGHT, but discounted group flights/airport transfer will be available, please inquire... Nearest airport is in Puerta Vallarta, Jalisco, a 45 min. boat ride from Yelapa.
